Although the cost of Ohio University’s healthcare premiums benefits is expected to once again increase by approximately 9 percent in fiscal year 2025, the University will cover all cost escalation and will not increase premiums for faculty and staff.

This week, University Human Resources will be mailing IRS Form 1095-C to employees who were eligible for health insurance benefits last year. 

Ohio University has updated its Parental Leave Program to better assist OHIO’s benefits-eligible faculty, administrators and bargaining unit staff.
